Join us tonite (12/20) from 6pm to 8pm as we conclude the Skate Art Silent Auction with an Artist’s Reception and Silent Auction Finale at the Walla Walla Roastery (290 A Street, Walla Walla, WA –located in the Walla Walla Airport area near Dunham Cellars.)

This will be the final opportunity to bid on the works of skate art; we will also be presenting a final deck created by Squire Broel.

Refreshments will be available. There will also be knit stocking caps (some from Nepal) as well as various baked goods that will be availble to purchase with the money going to St. Basil’s Academy.

Just today we learned that the final piece of Skate Art that will be available for auction is being created by Walla Walla artist, Squire Broel.Your opportunity to bid on this unique piece of art by Squire Broel will be during the Artist’s Reception and Auction Finale this Thursday evening, December 20 from 6-8pm at the Walla Walla Roastery located at 290 A Street in Walla Walla (near the Walla Walla Airport.)

Mr. Broel’s has used a variety of mediums for his work, including watercolour, wood, bronze, oil paint, fabric and glass. His work can be seen in downtown Walla Walla and beyond.

We thank Squire for the donation of his talent and time to our auction!

There is less than a week until the end of the Skate Art Silent Auction for St. Basil’s Academy.

Swing by the Walla Walla Roastery (290 ‘A’ Street in Walla Walla) and see the decks and make your bid. The money benefits the St. Basil’s Academy, with a portion also going to the Walla Walla Skatepark. You can also bid via email by sending your bid to: skatewalla@yahoo.com Be sure to include your name and phone number along with the bid.

The Skatedecks are starting to go up at Walla Walla Roastery. In all there will be 10 decks available to be bid on.

Minimum bid is currently $50 for all decks.

Here is how things will work: You can go to Walla Walla Roastery located at 290 A Street in Walla Walla, WA and see the decks yourself– they are displayed in the ‘Green Bean Room’ at the Roastery.

Profits from the silent auction will benefit St. Basil’s Academy of Classical Studies, with a portion going to the Walla Walla Skatepark.
